Pork Chops Taste GOOD!

Hey San Francisco cupcakers and beyond! I love salty sweet things as I am sure most of you do. This cupcake is truly a food of the gods! I'd like to introduce you to "The Wilbur" cupcake - Brown sugar pound cake with candied bacon with a light maple butter cream sprinkled with candied bacon and drizzled with maple syrup.

It's just about that time of the year!

As Martha would say "Pumpkin's not just for pies". I just mixed these Moist and delicately spiced cupcakes up the other day. They are frosted with maple cream cheese topped with pumpkin seed brittle and a dash of cinnamon.

Labor Day Cupcake Tasting

Last week I hosted a cupcake tasting and it was a great day--the sun was out and people enjoying my cupcakes! We had about 75 people in and out and only came home with about a dozen out of 200 cupcakes. Thanks again to all and hope you all enjoy the pics.

Wedding Tasting

Just finished a cupcake tasting today for a wedding in September! Gone are the days where the bride and groom share a slice of a 2, 3, or 4 tier wedding cake. Now many are opting for a more simple cake solution but, keeping the elegance that a tiered cake offers.
