As many of you may already know, I recently was sent a cease and desist order from Mr. Cupcakes in New Jersey saying he had trademarked the "Mr. Cupcakes” name. Since I was “Mr. Cupcake Man” in San Francisco, CA, they claimed my name was too similar and that it violated their trademark protection. The letter demanded that I stop using my name and logo. Even as I was looking into the matter, Mr. Cupcakes sent Facebook a letter to have my account deactivated. I was given until the 20th of this month to respond, but Facebook deactivated the account the day they sent me the latter! I lost everything!!!
I have since came up with a new name “The Cupcake Man”! Please show your support and add The Cupcake Man to your Facebook and Blogger. The Cupcake Man can be found under "Cupcake Man SF".

What an idiot! Plus hes in Jersey and the name is not the same. Anyway, dont let this minor obstacle stop you. Have so many friends that support what you are doing that you wont even remember this silly situation.
